Shirley B. Rossignol Obituary (1927 - 2009)

Waterville Shirley B. Rossignol, 82 formerly of Vassalboro, died Thurs. Aug. 27, 2009 at Lakewood in Waterville. She was born in Waterville, Aug. 2, 1927 the daughter of Merton and Ritchie Duplessie Brann. Mrs. Rossignol was a high school graduate. She was a member of the Methodist Church in East Vassalboro. She was predeceased by her parents; her husband, Romeo J. Rossignol; and by a brother, Malcolm Brann. She is survived by a son, Ray Rossignol and a daughter, Victoria ''Vicki'' Cuthbertson both of Vassalboro; and by three grandchildren. A funeral service will be held at 12 noon Friday, Aug. 28, 2009 at the Gallant Funeral Home, 10 Elm St., Waterville with the Rev. Peg Moser officiating. Burial will be at 9 a.m. Monday, Aug. 31, 2009 at the Maine Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Civic Center Drive, Augusta.
