Robert G. Veilleux\r\n1941 - 2022\r\n\r\nOakland - Robert G. Veilleux "Bob", 81, of Oakland, went to be with the Lord on July 12, 2022, with his loving family by his side.\r\n\r\nBob was born March 10, 1941, in Waterville to Charles & Laura (Carpenter) Veilleux. Over the years he was employed by the Wyandotte Woolen Mill, JJ Nissen, he also worked as a chef and worked construction. He was a Member of Le Club Calumet, and Waterville Elks Lodge #905. He really enjoyed spending time working at the St. John's Food Pantry in Winslow with his Niece Ann Marie, taking trips to the Coast and watching his family grow. \r\n\r\nBob is survived by his Wife Karen of 21 years. Children Becky Ouellette and Husband Steve, Robert Beaulieu and Fiancee Shauna, Joyce Castonguay and Husband Darrell, Janet Rogers and Partner David, Lisa Strutin and Husband Desi, Chris McLain. Sister Theresa Cloutier. Grandchildren Myriah, Devin, Cody, Brittany, Dalton, Wyatt, Danielle, Justin, Nichole, Matthew, Collin, Sarah, Jacob. As well as 7 great grandchildren, and many loving Nieces and Nephews. \r\n\r\nHe was predeceased in death by his parents Charles and Laura, siblings Arthur Albert, Yvette Butler, Lillian Berube, Gloria Dawe, Evelyn Bolduc, Richard Vigue and Violet Paquet.\r\n\r\nA Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11AM on Saturday, July 30 at the Notre Dame Catholic Church, 116 Silver Street, Waterville.
