Marilyn Joyce Fitton

Marilyn Joyce Fitton, 82 died Nov. 25, 2014 at her residence. She was born in Brewer, Aug. 2, 1932, the daughter of John and Grace MacLaughlin. Marilyn was a graduate of Thomas College. She had been a secretary in the Personnel Dept. at Keyes Fibre for nearly her entire professional career. She was predeceased by her first husband, Robert Gerald Weymouth in 1967; and her second husband, James T. Fitton in 2011. Marilyn is survived by son, Scott Weymouth and wife Lorraine of No. Attleboro, MA.; a daughter, Dawn Weymouth of Fairfield; step-sons, James Fitton and wife Kathleen and Paul Fitton and wife Kathy all of TX.; Keith Fitton and wife Tina, Michael Fitton and Linda Wilson all of Waterville; step-daughter, Bonnie Brady and husband Thomas of Portland; 16 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 P.M. Tues., Dec. 2, 2014 at the Gallant Funeral Home, 10 Elm St., Waterville with Rev. Elbert Brewster officiating. A reception following the service will be held at Eric's, 105 College Ave., Waterville. Burial with no graveside service will be in St. Francis Catholic Cemetery in Waterville.
