Linda Pelotte, 61, of Oakland, passed away on Saturday, April 8th.\nLinda was born on August 9th, 1961 in Sacramento California, and moved to Waterville, Maine\nat a young age. She then attended Messalonskee High School and started her young family in\nthe town of Oakland.\nLinda, along with her loving husband, Leo Pelotte, raised three children, Dean, Heidi and Willie.\nShe enjoyed many different hobbies and passions. She had a sweet tooth for desserts and\nenjoyed baking, which led her to start her own wedding cake business. She later found a\npassion in computer systems. This steered her towards her Associates’ Degree in Computer\nScience from the University of Maine, Augusta.\nThere were many other passions besides family and work that Linda enjoyed. In her leisure,\nLinda loved to shop. She enjoyed clothes shopping and finding knick knacks as gifts for others,\nand as collectibles for herself. She had a wizard collection on display at her home. Linda\nenjoyed spending time in the warm weather, especially at the beach. She enjoyed camping,\nfriends & family get-togethers, and most of all cheering on her kids in their favorite sports and\nactivities.\nLinda is survived by her husband, Leo, her three children, Dean, Heidi, Willie & spouse Jasmin,\nfour grandchildren, Alyssa, Kaylee, Caden, and Isla, siblings, Hazel, Paula, Richard, Paul and\nDan.\nServices will start with the burial at the St. Francis Cemetery on Grove St. in Waterville, at\n10:30am, on Saturday, April 22nd. This will be followed by a celebration of life at the Seton\nVillage Community Center, 1 Carver Street, Waterville.
