Laurette G. Brouillard

On Sunday morning, Dec. 21, 2008, at 7:15 a.m. Laurette G. Brouillard, 93, went home to where her spirit originated from to be with God and family. She will be missed by all who knew her and especially by her son, Gerard and Richard whom she called her second son. She was born Mar. 1, 1915 in Sanford to her parents, Oliva and Marie Cote Guillemette and was the oldest of five children. She married Armand Brouillard Sept. 2, 1935 and had three children, Robert, Gerard, and Jeanne. She resided in Sanford until she and her husband moved to Goudreau's Retirement Inn on Feb. 25, 2003. She was predeceased by her parents; her sister, Gertrude; brother, Gerard; her husband, Armand; daughter, Jeanne; and son, Robert. She is survived by her son, Gerard of Winslow; her brother, Leo Paul Guillemette of Sanford; her sister, Mildred Chevalier of Lebanon, ME.; and by many nieces and nephews. Her family would like to thank HealthReach Hospice for all their dedication and kindness and to special friends, Adrienne and Rene LeBlanc, Jackie L'Heureux, Dot Shaw, Marguerite Michaud, Irene Gillum, Jeanne Jacques, Donna Robbins and a very special thanks to her nurse, Rebekah Quere who was such a great help during these difficult times.
