SKOWHEGAN -- Jeannette F. Drouin, 87 formerly of Seton Village in Waterville, died late Friday evening, June 1, 2012, at Woodlawn Nursing Home in Skowhegan. She was born in Waterville on Aug. 15, 1924, the daughter of Philip Joseph and Sadie Blanche Pleau Drouin-Delaware Sr. She was educated in local schools and was formerly employed for 38 years as a waitress at the Chez-Pare and the Silver Dollar restaurant in Waterville. She was also a member of the St. Joseph Maronite Guild. She is survived by her three sisters: Sister Constance Drouin, FCSCJ, of Littleon, Vt., Sister Lucille St. Martin Drouin, OSU, of Dedham, Mass., and Rita Drouin of Waterville. Also by her two good friends Rita and Rose Poulin of Waterville. By her request, there will be no public visiting hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Notre Dame Church, 112 Silver St., Waterville. Committal prayers and burial will follow in St. Francis Catholic Cemetery, Grove Street, Waterville. Arrangements were made with Gallant Funeral Home, 10 Elm St., Waterville. .
