Gary had a passion for teaching and his past students always came back very grateful for all they had learned from him about chemistry and about life. Their comments about his classes always seemed to include stories about the humor he brought to the subject and life in general. In 1967 Gary married the love of his life Sheila Berry. They had two wonderful children, Michael and Kelly. He was a devoted and loving husband, father, and grandfather. We all have many wonderful memories as a family that we'll cherish forever.
