Waterville - Dana Allen Bowley passed away on September 21, 2021 after a long illness. He was born in Waltham, MA on September 23, 1976, the son of Catherine and Daniel Murgo Sr. \r\n\r\nDana was a beloved son, grandson, father, and brother. He enjoyed the outdoors and taking his kids to the river to have adventures. Dana loved music, cars and history. He was always learning new skills and useless knowledge to bombard his siblings with. Dana was a jokester, he was particularly fond of whoopie cushions and fake dog poop. Dana loved to laugh. He was a MacGyver, he could fix a car with a toothpick, duck tape and a doorknob. He will be missed for his humor, knowledge and philosophical conversations.\r\n\r\nHe is survived by his children, Kiersten, Jaiden, Donovan, and Isabella; parents Catherine and Daniel Murgo Sr. of Waterville, ME; brothers Daniel Murgo, Jr. of Jersey City, NJ, Lorenzo Murgo and his wife Kimberly of Benton, ME; sisters Lucy Marson and her husband Ian, and Victoria Manocchia and her husband Nick, all of Waterville, ME; nieces and nephews Lucian and Emma Marson, Layla Murgo, Tony and Luca Manocchia; Grandmother Rosalind Bowley of Montville, ME, and his best friend Justin Liebowitz, as well as several Aunts, Uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his beloved Grampa, Donovan Bowley, as well as grandparents Lucy and Leno Murgo.\r\n\r\nIn honoring Dana's wishes, there will be no funeral. A celebration of life will be determined at a later date.
