Colin Lynford Male was born on July 17, 1956 in Baltimore Maryland. He died May 9, 2013 at Maine General Medical Center in Waterville, Maine. He was predeceased by his father Johnny Male, his mother Irene Mavis Male, and his brother Barry David Male. He is survived by his brother Johnny Male Jr. and his wife Deborah Ann Clark of Oakland Maine and his niece Patricia M. Male from Boynton Beach Florida and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. His life was changed forever in a car crash at age 19 and in spite of many challenges; he continued to beat all odds and was able to inspire the lives of all he met. He graduated from Bel Air High School in Bel Air Maryland and worked for the Harford County Courts for many years before moving to Waterville, Maine. There he spent much of his time at the Maine Center for Integrated Rehabilitation. Colin is remembered for his infectious smile and never ending sense of humor. A special thanks to all the staff of Maine General Medical Center CCU for their outstanding care and support. Services will be conducted at 4 pm on Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at the Lutheran Church of the Resurrection, 36 Cool Street, Waterville Maine. Burial, next to his mother and father will be scheduled at a later date at the St. Ignatius Catholic Cemetery in Hickory, Maryland.
