Carlton W. Fecteau Obituary (1946 - 2010)

Waterville Carlton W. Fecteau, 63 of Victoria Way in Waterville died Wed., Feb. 17, 2010 at Inland Hospital. He was born in Waterville March 26, 1946 the son of Raymond and Gloria Duperry Fecteau. Carlton and his wife Patricia would have been married 39 years on March 12, 2010. He attended local schools and was employed as a tire changer at the Tire Company. Mr. Fecteau was Officer of the Year for several years at the Waterville Lodge of Elks and was Exalted Ruler for 1997 - 1998. He was a member of MacCrillis- Rousseau VFW in Waterville. He enjoyed hunting,fishing, bowling, golfing, miniature golf and spending time with his granddaughter, Cierra. Survivors include his wife, Patricia Porter Fecteau of Waterville; a son, Ross Fecteau of Winslow; two daughters, Tara Fecteau and her significant other Jonathan Boudreau of Clinton and Arlene Chabot of Waterville; granddaughter, Cierra; son-in-law, Travis Johns of Waterville; an aunt and uncle, Priscilla and Al Kneeland; cousins, Sonya and Gary Williams all of R.I.; and by a special friend, Steve Gilman. Visiting hours will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. Tues., Feb. 23, 2010 at the Gallant Funeral Home, 10 Elm St., Waterville. A Memorial Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thurs. Feb. 24, 2010 at the funeral home with Rev. Dan Baillargeon officiating. A private burial will follow in St. Francis Catholic Cemetery in Waterville.
