Vassalboro- Arlene Lynn McLaughlin 69, of Gray Road in Vassalboro died unexpectedly Wednesday, March 2, 2022, in her home in Vassalboro.\r\nShe was a CNA at Togus, VA where she loved working and dedicating over 30 years of her life. Arlene enjoyed fishing, crocheting, crafting, and collecting loons. Arlene would never turn down a trip to the casino to play slots. Arlene's whole world was her siblings, children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Arlene had a spit fire personality she was always smiling and making jokes, she was the life of all parties.\r\nArlene is survived by her son; William J, Huff Jr of Vassalboro; Daughter, Heather Huff of Texas; two stepdaughters, Helen Waterhouse of Randolph, and Jean Blanchard of Augusta; her four brothers, Mike LaBreck and wife Patrica, Greg Arbo and wife Cathy of Berwick, Doug Arbo of Falmouth, Dale Arbo and wife Loretta; three sisters Cynthia Wahl of Waterville, Tina Bourassa and husband Andy, and Barbara French of Bingham. She had nineteen grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.\r\nShe was predeceased by her parents, the love of her life John McLaughlin and her stepdaughter Kim Smith.\r\nA Celebration of life will be held at a later date. William will get in touch with everyone involved.
